a month agoDon't judge this book by it's cover. Place appears very clean and staff was attentive. Food was really good. I had the Saturday menudo and it's one of the best in town. They even asked if I wanted a pata. My wife had chilaquiles and she really enjoyed them. I recommend.

7 months agoFantastic, local and authentic. Like walking into somebody’s home and getting served the tastiest burrito ever. Exactly the kind of restaurant you are looking for, even if you don’t know it.

10 months agoI will definitely come back to El Sazon de Cecy. I took my car to fix and while waiting the shop recommended El Sazon de Cecy for lunch. I didn't give them 5 stars because they use a swamp cooler and in a humid day like this one swamp coolers don't work. However, the service and food was really good.

10 months agoExcellent little authentic spot, makes you feel like you are in Mexico! I ordered a plate of tacos de res (asada) that you can see in the pictures below. Tacos came topped with cilantro and onion as well as a portion of Spanish rice, a cheese and butter stuffed baked potato, and a red salsa that I forgot to take a picture of. The food was freshly prepared, of high quality, and on the greasy side. The wait time from ordering to the food arrival was a little over 15 minutes (all prepared in the moment as you order) and priced at $12. I’m attaching below pictures of the inside as well as their menu for anyone interested in checking out this restaurant!
